These grain free pancakes only have a handful of ingredients and they taste great! They’re so easy to make and I actually prefer them to regular pancakes which can often be heavy and stodgy.
- 3 eggs
- 2 bananas
- A heaped tablespoon of almond butter
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional)
- Blend the ingredients in a blender
- Heat coconut oil in a pan
- Cook in small batches
- Serve with whatever you like – try berries, nut butter, coconut cream or cleantella for the full Paleo.
